​This covers small business and individual tax, economic, financial and planning issues that benefits both small business owners and advisers.  NOTE:  Subject matters covered each month to mirror what is going on right now!  TAX: Strategies to save taxes, as well as covering the latest Federal tax developments related to individuals, the self-employed, as well as S-Corporations and partnerships.  With the tax environment full of constant change stemming from law changes, the expansion of IRS interpretations and evolving tax laws, this is designed to aid in keeping up with the latest tax issues to better plan for yourself, and your clients.  ECONOMIC: This will also cover the immediate economic conditions applicable to small businesses related to such matters as inflation, banking, and small market conditions.  FINANCIAL: Covered with be issues related to real estate, lending, cash flow management, retirement savings, insurance and small business financial statements.  This will NOT include crypto, stock or investment tips.  PLANNING:  Covered will be management issues small businesses face, as well as planning for upcoming economic conditions, retirement, financial matters, and yes, taxes.

Format to prove your attendance

A series of words will be shared randomly through out the seminar.  You will submit those words on the Attendance Form (provided with your course materials) by email within 48 hours after the end of the seminar to prove your attendance.  You must present by email 70% of the words for each hour, for that hour of CPE to be earned.  Email the Attendance Form with the provided words to help@jjthecpacpe.com.  Failure to submit these words within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of earning any CPE for the seminar.  There will be no refunds for your non-attendance or failure to submit the words timely.  It will be made extremely clear the word being shared, is to prove your attendance.
